PROCESS
Please note that no two recruiting experiences are the
same, depending on the nature of your practice, the office
for which you are interviewing, and whether you are coming
in alone or with a firm. This process outline illustrates some
of the major next steps in your hiring experience:
1. Meet with firm management.
2. Receive and complete due diligence form.
3. Interview at office in which you are most
interested (you may be asked to come
in more than once).
4. There may be a short waiting period while your credentials are further discussed.
5. Once we’ve determined it’s a mutually good fit, you will receive an offer letter.
6. You will have time to review the letter and if it is agreeable, sign it.
7. We will work with you to confirm a start date that works for everyone.
8. Firm administrative leaders will contact you for more information before your start date.
9. If applicable, inform your current firm of your intention to leave. After you have informed
your firm, you may inform clients.
10. Arrive at Foster Swift.
