With a proposed land area of 235km2 and sea area of 350km2, Hangzhou Bay New Zone ,
located in the north of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, and to the south of Hangzhou Bay Bridge,
is the core of the Shanghai – Hangzhou – Ningbo Economic Circle and a development zone of
strategic importance within the Yangtze River Delta Zone and all coastal areas within China.
It is a crucial platform which is established and will develop due to the new bridge-link across
the bay. The project is located in Qiaonan Village, in the west of Hangzhou Bay , covering
