Dear Mel,
I fondly remember back to our hallway at UME and the many discussions – Clinpath and family – that we
had there. You were always willing, insightful and helpful on my ‘another Tim Hart study’ which kept
Clinpath on their toes tweaking your skills or adding new ones to meet my ‘requests’.
I especially remember the strong support and encouragement you provided when Ben was diagnosed –
whether helping with platelet donation, run a CBC from us to avoid a trip to center city, or just catching
up! This transpired to the same concerning interactions when you were checking in on the Devine Miss
Em (just finished her second semester at Alfred University with straight As)!
I missed you when you took a ‘sabbatical’ and was happy for your return, but now joyfully sad at your
final departure from GSK.
Best wishes for the retirement age.
