from various regions of the brain like cerebrum, corresponding to different regions of the brain,
substantia nigra, pituitary, temporal lobe, we identified proteoforms that exhibited
corpus callosum and hippocampus to create a distinct patterns of expression in the different
comprehensive landscape of brain tissue- tissues. This study resulted in a rich set of data
specific proteoforms. We developed a that was compiled as HuBSProt, a dedicated MS-
proteoform identification pipeline for bottom- level data resource, for finding and comparing
up proteomics data which incorporates proteoforms for the brain proteomics
information from different proteomic and community. HuBSProt can be utilized as a
transcriptomic sources like neXtProt and healthy reference brain proteoform map to
GENCODE in the search database. Using 25 identify the proteoforms expressing in various
brain mass spectrometry data sets neurological disorders.
