My lab is interested in purification
and biochemical characterization of
allergenic proteins from pollen, food,
and insects. The lab is also involved
in exploring the functional role of
diesel exhaust exposure in lung
pathophysiology using murine
models. Our primary focus is to
identify clinically relevant allergenic
proteins and novel biomarkers with
an aim to devise novel therapeutic
modalities for allergen and diesel
exhaust mediated respiratory
disorders.
