When a tester ceases to be approved for disciplinary reasons relating to
fraud or dishonestly, this will normally be for:

A. 1 year, however the period may be extended to 5 years where the
cessation results from serious fraud, dishonestly or gross negligence

B. 18 months, however the period may be extended to 5 years where the

cessation results from serious fraud, dishonestly or gross negligence

C. 2 years, however the period may be extended to 5 years where the

cessation results from serious fraud, dishonestly or gross negligence

D. 3 years, however the period may be extended to 5 years where the

cessation results from serious fraud, dishonestly or gross negligence
