Brief description: Mechanical (power) organisation is functioning under the control of
Sr.DME/HYB with 3 Crew depots (KCG, NZB and MBNR), Two running rooms, 3 Rest
Rooms and one RCD at KCG.

2. Combined crew booking lobbies:

 Crew booking lobbies are available at KCG, NZB and MBNR.
 Computerized booking of Loco Pilots andGuards are combined at all the lobbies.
 All the 3 lobbies are renovated and provided with furniture, amenities like
Water cooler with R.O system etc.
 Crew Management System developed by CRIS/New Delhi was commissioned
in the lobbies (KCG, NZB and MBNR) in the division.
 All the CMS Kiosks are integrated BA system and Webcams for the crew to
undergo BA test during sign ON and OFF.
