New – Drawer Glide Policy

Due to the Global Supply Chain issues in the cabinet hardware market, we are
moving to a multi-vendor supply policy for our standard glides. While we will make
every effort to build cabinet with Blum’s Tandem Glide, we may, from time to time,
use other suppliers to fill any inventory shortcomings from Blum.

Any glides used will have a lifetime warranty and will have the following
performance characteristics.
- Full Extension

- Soft-Close

- Minimum 90 lb. Dynamic load rating

We will not mix any glides on a single order and to ensure that your entire project
includes glides from the same vendor, be sure to put the entire project on one order.
With our online ordering system, it is okay to order multiple doorstyles, drawer
styles and finishes on one order.

To distinguish the different rooms/locations on your order (Kitchen Island, Kitchen
Perimeter, Bathroom, etc..) please utilize the “Shipping Label/Tag” and/or the
“Field/Design Notes” fields.
