PREFACE

The National Water Resources Committee (NWRC) is
a policy-level organisation that performed its duties and powers
in accordance with the Water Resources Act, B.E. 2561 (2018), to
drive the 20-year master plan on water resources management
to achieve the set goals. There are subcommittees under the

National Water Resources Committee and stakeholders to
participate in pushing forward the management of water resources
to be stable, sustainable, and concrete, as well as implementing

the government’s policies on measures to cope with drought and
floods to alleviate the suffering of the people.
The Office of the National Water Resources, as secretary
of the National Water Resources Committee, has prepared
this Annual Report on the Performance of the National Water

Resources Committee for the year 2022 in order to disseminate
and publicise the cooperation of all sectors that prioritise water
resources management, and we sincerely hope that this report

will be beneficial to all agencies and interested people.
