Survey on the Public Trust in the Justice Administration of the Constitutional Court%u0009 %u0009 ThesurveyonpublictrustinthejusticeadministrationoftheConstitutionalCourtinthefiscalyearB.E.2567(2024)conductedbytheThammasatUniversityResearchandConsultancyInstitute(TU-RAC)underthePerformanceEvaluationProjectaccordingtotheActionPlanandtheOperationPlanoftheOfficeoftheConstitutionalCourt.Thepublictrustsurveywasaquantitativeresearchstudythatcollecteddatausingquestionnairesfromasamplegroupof4,354individuals.Theseindividualsweredistributedacrossvariousprovinces,includingBangkokand30provincesspanningsixregions:thenorth,thenortheast,thecentralregion,theeast,thewest,andthesouth.Additionally,thestudyinvolvedfocusgroupdiscussionsandin-depthinterviewswith409individualsacross18provinces.ThesurveyresultsrevealedthatthepercentageofthepublicexpressingconfidenceinthejusticeadministrationoftheConstitutionalCourtinthefiscalyearB.E.2567(2024)was74.02%.ThisfigureishigherthanthatinthefiscalyearB.E.2566(2023),whichshowed73.07%(anincreaseof0.95%)andthatinthefiscalyearB.E.2565(2022),whichindicated60.39%.AnnualReport2024ConstitutionalCourtoftheKingdomofThailand%u0e15
