Our designers and engineers from all over the world are working day and night in making new designs.
There is no perfection in the world. However, there is always improvement room.
We call this running change. Nova keeps improving products to raise the safety level and user experi-
ence.
Before starting Nova, we used to work in another factory. One day, our colleague,who worked in the
warehouse, got his hand seriously wounded after cutting carton boxes all day long.
He was cut accidentally by an old snap off-cutter. It was such a common cutter, then, that almost
everyone had it in his house.
Sam, as the colleague was called, exclaimed that he was tired after a long duration of work and the
cutter slipped and cut him due to fatigue.
Following this accident, we decided to compare data all over the world. You can't imagine the results!
Such an accident happened a thousand times every day.
So, we decided to make safety tools with our knowledge and hope to change a bit for the industry.
