STUDENT VOICE AND LEADERSHIP
It is very important to us that the girls have an input into
how the house is run. The House Council meets twice every
half term and contains representatives from each year group.
In addition, there is a suggestion box in the house which
can be used to submit ideas for improvements or to raise
concerns anonymously.

The most important of these is the post of House Prefect.
The Heads of House are appointed from the House Prefect
team every term. They provide good role models for all
girls in the house. The Heads of House help the house staff
to ensure that the house is well run and they provide an
important layer of support for younger students. The Heads
of House oversee the Upper Sixth House Prefects who all
take on a role of responsibility within the house.
