PROPANE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
OHIO PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION
The Scholarship Committee of OPGA is now taking applications for the 2024 OPGA Scholarship Program. The purpose of the Ohio Propane Gas Association Scholarship is to foster educa- tion, to increase services to all Association members, to enhance the public image of the propane industry, and to provide finan- cial assistance to selected individuals who are seeking education beyond high school.
Over seventy-five $1,000 scholarships have already been award- ed within the last 20+ years! This year the committee will award a maximum of two $1,000 scholarships! Together we can help a young man or woman realize the dream of an education that per- haps may never happen without YOU and the OPGA SCHOL- ARSHIP.

The National Propane Gas Foundation (NPGF) Scholarship Fund awards $1,000 and $2,000 scholarships to students pur- suing any course of study at two- and four-year colleges or technical, trade, or vocational schools. Students pursuing pro- pane-related careers are especially encouraged to apply. Eligible applicants are children of employees of NPGA member compa- nies, state propane associations, or PERC.
Since 1994, the NPGF Scholarship Fund has awarded more than two million dollars in scholarships to 1400+ children of NPGA member company employees!
