HUBER Offset process Colors Prof. Dr. K. Senthil Vadivu has taken charge as Head of
UV inks and coatings the Department from July 2020. She is an alumni of the
Spot Color Matching Department and she studied B.E. (Printing Technology)
paste inks technical affairs and M.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) in CEG,
& print troubles Anna University.
She also completed her Ph.D. (Printing Technology)
in 2004 in CEG. She joined the Department as faculty
in 1989. Her research interests are in Print Finishing,
Packaging and Machine Printing. She is currently
guiding 8 Ph.D. Scholars.
She has got funding of Rs.8.00 lakhs from AICTE for
modernizing the platemaking laboratory and Rs. 16
lakhs from TEQIP for Print Finishing Laboratory. She
was the Co-coordinator for UGC DRS SAP Phase
1 funded project for Rs.75 lakhs on Biodegradable
packaging materials. She has published 15 papers
in National and International journals and organized
short-term courses on Binding and Screen Printing.
