Paramount Outbound Activities

Outbound is one of training
method for enhancing individual and
team behaviors, organizational
performance through outdoor
actvities and experiential learning
methodology. Outbound is one of
the routine activities that is held by
Paramount School every year. On
saturday morning February 2nd,
2019. Paramount School held
outbound at school areas, there
were 60 students of primary 4 that joined the activities. Participants are divided
into 7 teams and assigned tasks or activities for completion in a specified time.

The participants are engaged into outbound actvities and outbound games
that give a immersive learning experience and bring out variety of learning
outcomes based on the participants and organisational learning needs. All our
outdoor activities focus on the mind and spirit to nudge students towards a
better understanding of ones personal responsibilities to oneself, others and
community at large.

Outbound Activities generally revolves
around outbound activities designed to
improve leadership, communication skills,
planning, change management, delegation,
t e a m w o r k , m o t i v a t i o n , i n c r e a s i n g
callaboration, innovation, building trust and
giving & receiving feedback .
