Food for thought…
Most of the information circling around the world at the
moment is very confusing coming from both the media and
government. In this trying time, lets us try to remember, that
as much as we are practising social distancing, and
considering medically what has been agreed upon is the fact
that our immune systems are the biggest factor between life
and death.
With that being said, what we should also take into
consideration is that stress lowers our immune systems
significantly… So regardless of practising social distancing
and washing our hands and sanitizing, we should also
remember the emotional stress that we are circulating
between ourselves and others.
YES! Those messages that you are sending to your family and
friends, thinking it is helpful triggers anxiety and panic.
Without you even knowing it, you are robbing them of one of
the few chances that they have to allow their bodies to defend
itself. So think before you text.
Lets practice stress distancing and instead of inducing the
anxiety and panic levels of our loved ones, lets give them
messages of love and hope. Let them smile and laugh during
this pandemic! Together we can beat this virus.
Stay Safe… Stay Clean
