Pricing
In 2017, Minerva consolidated its Pricing proj- ect, an area managing prices across Brazil, and implemented similar processes in Argentina and Paraguay. This model covers all aspects involving product pricing, such as taxation, logistics and
other costs, as well as surveying market variables to better position its products and brands, such as levels of consumption, seasonality and competi- tion with other products. This resource means the Company is able to work with commodities with agility, while also finding the best positioning for its brands in the market.
