The three Junior Primary classes went to the Kadina Showgrounds on August the 18th and were able to experience the following activities:
• Watching sheep shearing and wool being spun; • Interacting with baby farm animals;
• Seeing original ploughing techniques with a
Clydesdale horse;
• Checking out the giant tractor wheel of a header; and
• Interacting with some beautiful Australian animals, including Wiley the snake, a very fat lizard and a bark tree owl.
Harvest students also enjoyed the spotlight by providing some entertainment at the Copper Coast Show. The choir was led by Mrs Cathy Nicholls and Stringtastic by Mrs Jess Charles.
