ABOUT THE CFDI PROGRAM:
PRE-REQUISITES
CURRICULUM AND HOURS
The Certified Forensic Death Investigator (CFDI)
Program has basic requirements in the application
process: 1) complete the pre-requisite Certificate
Course or equivalent; 2) have 4,000 aggregate Legal
Investigative hours, including 2,000 Criminal Defense
or equivalent.
The CFDI Program is approximately 40 hours of video
and reference materials. Approximately 1/3 is the pre-
requisite Certificate Course, and 2/3 this component.
