January – Starting 2023 With Successes
In 2022 we had additional criminal defense expert testimony in-person and by affidavit, including
one each in post-conviction matters with significant evidence factors.

We began 2023 with additional expert testimony canceled because cases resolved without trial –
each favorably and based on significant evidence factors. The facts and evidence tells us the story
– what did and did not happen. This is what we tell our clients. It may, or may not, be the same as
involved parties and witnesses, or the official investigations. We simply present it as it is.

It is always a good day to learn our input made a difference in some way to a favorable resolution.
In every case, civil and criminal, we extend our thanks and appreciation to the attorneys who
continue to have the confidence in us we strive to meet and raise the bar.

As Expert Medicolegal Investigators, we investigate, review, and consult in death and serious
bodily injury (SBI) cases more than any other services we provide. We do so for civil,
criminal, and probate litigation, as well in cases of questioned insurance benefits – most
commonly accident vs. suicide, and also the actions of the insured party leading up to the
covered event. These are most often for attorneys, and also other investigators. We also
provide services in select private family cases of questioned deaths.
