One of Mr. Murnan’s greatest assets is that he recognizes the investigator as an ethical thinker engaged in the process of
evaluating all the facts of experience. His philosophy is one shared by the CDITC, a philosophy that declares the
investigator as an “impartial and objective advocate of the truth”.

Tom Metier earns Certified Truck Litigation Attorney from Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys

Tom Metier was just added to a very short list of attorneys that have "demonstrated skill" and "substantial involvement"
litigating truck accident cases successfully. Less than 50 attorneys have been recognized by this organization - Academy
of Truck Accident Attorneys. Similar to requirements placed on doctors, attorneys must keep their skills and knowledge
updated through Continuing Legal Education hours. Tom has been helping other attorneys reach their required CLE
hours by travelling around the country sharing his experience and knowledge litigating truck accident cases.

Kansas man banned from doing autopsies is indicted for fraud, faces state criminal charges
The indictment, filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Kansas, alleges that 41-year-old Shawn Parcells, a self-taught
pathology assistant with no formal education or certification, made more than $1.1 million charging clients for full
autopsy reports despite lacking the qualifications to do the work and, in many cases, failing to ever provide the final
reports.

By report, he has made over $1M conducting autopsies - with no degree or license. We cannot and will not conduct
autopsies or provide a medical opinion. We do and will provide a medicolegal death review for civil, criminal, probate
and family private cases. We have associated forensic pathologists and forensic toxicologists available for cases.
