WH A T T O EXP ECT

#1. After you sign your contract, you will receive an invoice for the first 30% of your package, due 1 week from the

date you sign.

#2. You will then receive a questionnaire asking you to fill out some basic info about yourself, contact info, as well as

answer a few more personal questions that I may not know yet!

#3. It’s time to book your engagement session! Refer to my guide on the best times for your session based on the

season, as well as outfit tips and inspiration!

#4. You will hear from me about 3 months before your wedding, asking for you to share with me the other vendors

that will be a part of your day. This allows me to know what to expect, and gives me a chance to reach out to the other
vendors, and also makes sure I give them proper credit in my photos after the fact!

#5. Two months before your wedding I will send you a timeline document for you to start working on. Once that is

complete, we will set up a consult during the final 30 days leading up to your big day where we will go over all the
details, timeline and family shot lists, to make sure the day runs smoothly.

#6. Your final balance is due one week before your wedding. I will send you an invoice for whatever amount you still
owe 2 weeks before, so that you have a reminder and time to take care of it. If you would like to request an early invoice
so you can take care of it sooner, just shoot me an email and I’d be happy to make those arrangements.

#7. It’s down to the final days before your wedding! I’ll check in with you one last time to say congrats in making it to
the final stretch, and make sure there are no last minute changes I need to be aware of.

#8. YOU GET MARRIED!!! I will be there from start to finish, capturing every last detail and following along as you
experience one of the most exciting, emotional, and joyous days of your life!

#9. No one wants to wait months to see their wedding photos! I make sure to post a sneak peek within a few days so
you can get a glimpse of the magic. Your full gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks! You can also look for a blog with
some highlights that will be posted on my site within 2 weeks!

#10. I love getting feedback! Reviews are SO important to the growth and life of my business, and kind words mean the
world to me, as well as help me know how I’m doing overall. You will receive an email with a link to leave a review on
one of my business listings, with clear directions on how to complete it. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to do it!
