The party is here!! Receptions can be a blast! However, it’s important to make sure that you have your event well thought
out. This is the job of your coordinator and your DJ/Band. Your caterer will also play a big role in the design and set up
of your event. Whatever the style of your event, make sure that you plan out all of the aspects of the evening. Your

coordinator and DJ can help you set up the evening so that guests won’t leave early or experience long periods of waiting
for the next thing to happen. In order for me to do my job well and make sure I don’t miss anything important, it’s helpful
for me to eat quickly and then get back to shooting. Because of that, one small request I ask all my brides is for you to ask
the caterer or venue coordinator to feed me and my second shooter when they serve the bridal party, so that I can capture

you mingling with your guests once you have finished eating. I don’t ask that you seat us with the guests, but check with
your venue to make sure wherever we will be seated is close enough to the main room so we can hear/see what is going on.
