require an app to connect.
VPN
At Wi-Fi hotspots, our phones and tablet have secure VPN connection
with CyberGhost.
On the Royal Clipper
• Each cabin is equipped with direct dial telephone for calls to
anywhere in the world. Calls are charged to the onboard account.
Calls made via satellite are extremely expensive.
• In an emergency, contact the Star Clippers’ office at 305-442-0550. In
case you are unable to reach anyone at that number, Star Clippers
has a 24-hour emergency telephone number, +1-305-773-3541. The
matter of your call will be relayed to the ship and delivered to the
passenger’s cabin.
• Emails can be sent to rcpax@royalclipper.net via the Purser. These
emails will be printed and delivered to the passenger’s cabin for a
nominal charge.
• There is a charge for faxes. WIFI cards are available in the Sloop Shop
for use of the Internet.
