“I don't have any suggestion for your improvement, but I would like to
congratulate you on my issue. I have a very old, retirement machine of yours
namely Triplus headspace, Trace GC Ultra and DSQ II. My machine having a
problem since electrical trip happened previously twice. In 1 month, finally your
engineers from Malaysia (three of them) managed to repair it. It took patience
to repair and your engineers try their best to deliver the services. My intention
here, your engineers namely Mr Wong, Mr Leong and Mr Too did their very best
and they deserve an appreciation.”
“Service engineer Mr Thonny is a very professional and dedicated person
performed instrument problem diagnostic and troubleshooting. Doing this job
aren't easy. Open up the instrument and check all parts one by one. Really
appreciate to have him here to help the customer where he travel all the way
from Peninsular Malaysia. Looking forward to meet him again in the near future.
