“Reflecting on Customer Service this week, I am reminded of just how vital a good
Customer experience is to our business. Our Service colleagues are on the front lines
working to differentiate our service from our competitors, and I thank you for your
professionalism, creativity, and teamwork in representing our company. Your efforts are
deeply appreciated and help create happy, and therefore loyal, customers.
There are many teams who serve our customers daily, Customer Service, Technical
Support, Sales, Applications Support, Shipping and Receiving, Manufacturing, Quality
Control, Accounts Receivable, and others, all working together to outperform our
competition and earn our customers’ business every day.
It is an honor to be a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and be The World Leader in Serving
Mitch Kennedy Science. I know everyone appreciates the high bar that tagline sets, however, our Mission
President to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer is worthy of our
Chromatography & Mass Spec Division best effort every day.
