The Citizen Satisfaction Index System is a set of data tools designed
to collect and generate relevant citizens’ feedback on local governments’
service delivery performance and on the citizens’ general satisfaction.
The output of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System project served as a tool
for drawing in applicable information for gauging citizen satisfaction that
can be used for agenda-setting of economic and human development
plans and goals of LGUs and to support the implementation of Citizen
Priority Action Plan.
