RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

CHAMPIONSHIP

imani Gupta (Class X) of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and her
parents by excelling in 18th Junior & 13th Senior Rhythmic Gymnastics Asian Championship
Hheld at Pattaya, Thailand from 23-26 June, 2022. Out of 300 participants from 15 countries,
Himani bagged 4th position in the said event. Further, she has also been selected for Khelo India and has
been receiving a scholarship of Rs. 10,000/- per month under this scheme.

IN NATIONAL LEVEL VVM EXAM 2021-22 &

COMPLETES HIS SRIJAN INTERNSHIP

aransh Mahajan, a student of Class VII of Delhi Public
School Jammu added another feather in the cap by
Tbecoming the first ever National Winner (Himalayan)
from the U.T of J&K in the coveted National Level Vidyarthi
Vigyan Manthan (VVM) Exam 2021-22. He was ranked 3rd in
National Level Exam which was conducted by Vijnana Bharti
(VIBHA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous
organization under the Department of Science and Technology,
Govt. of India on 28th & 29th May, 2022 held at Indian Institute
of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. It is noteworthy that VVM
Exam is a national level programme meant for educating and
popularizing Science among school students.
About 50 students from all over the country competed for
this prestigious exam, who had to undergo Multi-Level Testing
procedures such as Scientific Understanding, Innovation
Creativity, Out of Box thinking and Assessment of Leadership
Quality.
