it must be defrosted and used within its normal refrigeration storage time
o If frozen ready-to-eat potentially hazardous food has defrosted and has been

above 5 c for more than four hours, it must be thrown out
o Part-defrosted or fully defrosted food that has not been processed further to
make it safe and suitable must not be refrozen
