Most of that time they had spent talking about horses. Saffron mentioned that Green Mountain was where her pony lived, then Mitch started questioning her. 'What breed's your
pony? Does she like jumping?'
Saffron told him how wonderful Magic was. Mitch started
telling her about himself; about how many horses his family owned and how he had been riding ever since he could sit up.
'How do you manage to keep so many horses in town?' Saffron asked.
