of leadership field theming around Warren G. Bennis and John C. Maxwell.

 3. The principles and qualities of leadership according to Theravāda perspective

appeared in Tripitaka such as Jātaka

 4. Analyze the necessary concepts and roles of leaders between Western and the

Theravāda perspectives

 5. Conclude and suggest the real successful concept of leadership which presents

a summary of the study.
