AND ON THE WATER
Evinrude pioneered the very first device specifically designed to quantify on-water exhaust emissions.
The Marine Portable Bag Sampling System, known as the MPSS, is capable of accurately measuring and quantifying exhaust emissions from boats operated on the water. We designed and built the MPSS, which was used in an industry-wide EPA test program, to determine greenhouse gas emissions from a variety of marine engines and products.
