Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have more shows for K-12 and other performing groups?
Yes! We have thousands of shows for every cast size, skill set and performing group on our website.

Do you have plays for competition? Am I allowed to cut a longer play or make other changes?
We have hundreds of one-act plays that are perfect for competition in addition to titles that can be cut. For
            more information, see page 21.

Due to copyright laws, ALL script changes and cuttings require written approval from DPC. For details, visit
            dramaticpublishing.com/cutting
Do you have musicals with accompaniment CDs?

A selection of musicals with accompaniment CDs are included throughout this catalog. Look for the
“Accompaniment CD Available” notes. For a full list, visit: dramaticpublishing.com/cds

How do I get permission to perform a show and how much will it cost?
Step 1: Apply for rights to perform a show by filling out an application on your desired title’s product page
            on our website.

Step 2: After completing the application, you will receive a quote that includes royalty rates and script costs
specific to your production. If needed, this quote can be used to secure a purchase order (PO) from your
            billing department.

Step 3: Convert your quote into an order.

             - If you’re using a PO, you may email the PO document to customerservice@dpcplays.com, and we
will process your order. You may also place your order through your online account and enter your PO
number at checkout. You are not required to send us a copy of the PO if you process the order yourself.

             - If your organization does not require a PO, you can place your order in your online account by scrolling to
the bottom of your quote page and selecting “Continue with order.”

Step 4: Receive your license to perform. When your license is issued, you will receive an email notification
and can access the document at any time in your online account.

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to make a change to your application, quote and/or
order, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
