12. Safety Related issues and Seminars.

i. Seminars on Summer Precautions: Seminars on Summer Precautions have been
conducted by all ADEN Sub Sections in the Division and all the staff like Mate, Keyman,
Patrolman& Trackman have been counseled regarding precautions to be taken during
summer.

ADEN/NZB section done on 15.04.2019 at NZB Station.
ADEN/KRNT section done on 04.04.2019 at GWD station.
ADEN/KCG section done on 2.04.2019 at MED Station.

ii. Seminars on Safety at Level Crossing Gates

On the eve of International Level Crossings Awareness Week, Division has conducted
Safety Seminars at ADEN Sub-Divisions as follows.

ADEN/NZB Section – 04.06.2019
ADEN/KCG Section – 06.06.2019
ADEN/KRNT Section – 31.05.2019

iii. Fire Fighting Mock Drill: A comprehensive Fire Drill has been held on 18.10.2019 at
SCR Zonal headquarters building Rail Nilayam. This fire drill has not only helped in
checking the preparedness to tackle fire emergency but also sensitized the officers and
staff in tackling fire emergencies. Key highlights are as under:

 GM, AGM, PHODs and DRM/Hyderabad division with his team participated in the drill.
 Telangana state Fire Services, PCSC & DRM/Hyderabad along with division team, 60
RPF staff and officers jointly organized this operation.
 1500 officers and staff of Rail Nilayam were evacuated from the building.
 Fire Tender, Ambulances, Paramedics attended this emergency.
 Functioning of fire detection and protection systems was checked.

Rescue operations including fire defusing methods & precautions were demonstrated to the
assembled staff
