30 Nos. of Energy efficient BEE 5 star rated 1.5Ton split AC units were provided in place
of non-star rated AC units during this year.

 Electrical Safety Week during 1st week of May 2021

Safety Week has been conducted over the division from 3 to 9 May, 2021 to ensure
th
electrical safety for all electrical installations in all sections.

The various activities carried out during the drive are as follows.

 Banners and posters depicting Electrical Safety Awareness.

 Safety Seminars on Electrical Safety aspects: Electrical Safety Seminar was
conducted at ESTC/LGD by M/s Indo Asia Electricals Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad through
Microsoft team over the Division.

 Special drive for checking of electrical installations: During Safety week, a drive
has been conducted to check all the joints and terminations in MDBs and other sub-
distribution boards for any loose joints and ensured the tightness and also carried
out Maintenance and checking of earth resistances.

 Commissioning of RMUs in the HT network: To improve the efficiency, reliability,
connectivity and safety of Power supply distribution network 8 Nos. (6 RMUs and 2
Add-ons) RMUs were commissioned in the HT network.
