  In view of Novel Corona virus (COVID-19), Energisation of all  EMU& MEMU rakes
                   stabled at shed and outstations is being done every 2 days and ensured the batteries
                   condition, proper stabling and other parameters, Movement of these rakes stabled at
                   shed  and  outstations  is  being  done  every  7  days  as  per  the  guidelines  given  by
                   railway board to avoid hardening of the Gear case compound.


















                 As  per the  guidelines  given  by  Head  Qtrs,  04  Rakes  of    4-  Car  MEMU formations
                   comprising of 2 MC + 2 TC and 02 Rakes of 8- Car MEMU formations comprising of 2
                   MC  +  6  TC  were  formed  and  out  of  these,  04  Rakes  are  being  utilized  by  traffic
                   department  to  run  workmen  specials  between  HYB-KZJ,  KZJ-BZA,  KZJ-BPQ,  SC-
                   SUH as per their requirement w.e.f 21.05.2020.

                 In view of Novel Corona virus (COVID-19), in the month of April, 02 Wash basins at
                   canteen, and 01 tap at inspection shed has been modified to foot operated type.

                  In view of Novel Corona virus (COVID-19), Disinfectant is being sprayed regularly
                   to all the rooms and in the shed premises of inspection shed & POH repair shed
