• All the Crew lobbies of the division are supplied with sanitation materials
and being sanitized often to keep the crew lobby premises clean and tidy

as precautionary measure.
• All the Running Rooms of the division are supplied with sanitation
materials and being sanitized often and during crew changing time and
necessary precautions are being taken and ensured as instructed timely
by the HQrs.
• Survey of TRSO staff/relatives of the staff returned from foreign tour has
been conducted and the data submitted timely to the nodal officer.
• Sanitization of aJE the locomotives during crew changing Is being ensured
at RJY, BTTR, KAPT, COA and Kl as a precautionary measure.
• Sanitation materials like liquids, hand wash solution/soaps, face masks
were made available at crew lobbies and supplied to the crews to use as

precautionary measure.
• Refresher courses in Electrical, Diesel Traction and G&SR is being
attended onllne by Running staff.

II. At ETTC/BZA.
• ETTC conducted onllne classes through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco
Webex & Google meet platforms since 15 April, 2020. As on 31 .10.20,

total 111 (running staff) 28(TAS) and 21 (TAD) batches conducted
comprises of 1799 (running), 355 (TRS) and 225(TRD) trainees completed
training.
• E-learning Modules prepared In Trilingual for refresher courses and
uploaded in Google drive. It comprises of 133 videos and link is being

shared to trainees undergoing the course.
• Online examination conducted through Google forms and viva-voce

through VC tor all refresher courses.
• Strict compliance to COVID-19 protocol is being followed for all the
mandatory physical trainings in the institute from 14.09.2020 on resuming
after lockdown.

4.0 Details of Dlesel Traction operations:
4.1 Details of RCDs:
1) RCDs: There Is one RCD at BZA. It has got the facility to supply fuel in
Diesel locos & Power cars in all platforms of BZA station. Earlier, there
were 54 fuelling points in all 1 O platforms in BZA Station. 5 CCTV
Cameras have been provided in RCD/BZA to ensure proper monitoring
of activities and to avoid any irregularity.
2) At TUNI temporary RCD is installed as per the requirement of traffic
department on 22.03.19 with GMs approval dated 18.02.2019.
