To help distinguish between whether workers should be classiied as independent contractors or employees the following sample comparison chart may be
useful. Note that if any such analysis is conducted we recommend that it is completed at the direction and through counsel to preserve privilege. Also, it should be tailored to the particular company. This table is by way of example only.
