Paul Noel joined the New Orleans Police Department in 1997 at the age of 21 as a patrol officer. He quickly rose through the ranks of department serving in various assignments as a Detective, Detective Sergeant and as a Detective Lieutenant. In April of 2011, Paul was appointed to the position of Police Commander of the newly formed Criminal Investigations Division, and on December 30, 2015, was appointed to the position of Deputy Superintendent over the Operations Bureau. Paul has received both his Masters and my Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice from Loyola University. He has graduated from the FBI National Academy, the FBI’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Program and the DEA’s Drug Unit Commanders Academy.
Steve Parker

Former Police Officer (Memphis) and Asst. U.S. Attorney
Steve Parker joined Butler Snow LLP after ending a 30-year career with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Tennessee. Before becoming an AUSA, Steve was with the Memphis Police Department and was a member of the Office of the Independent Counsel within the U.S. Attorney's Office. His government career included working on the Whitewater investigation under Kenneth Starr. Steve has received attorney general two commendation letters for his work, the firm said. He earned his law degree from the University of Memphis.
