auer’s newest stick line, S19 Supreme, puts power in your hands with a stick that’s built for ultimate performance and durability. Part of
Bauer’s successful Supreme line, the 2S Pro, continues the Supreme tradition of efficiency and power with the innovation and professional features that elite-level players are looking for.
Used by the likes of Jack Eichel, Nikita Kucherov, and Hilary Knight, the 2S Pro is good for the power shooter. Bauer added Duraflex resin system to the 2S Pro which increases the entire shaft’s durability and flex strength. Pair that elite technology with TeXtreme carbon fiber construction and the popular Monocomp technology (a carry-over from the Supreme 1S), which provides a true one-piece stick design, and you have a stick that produces excellent consistency throughout the shaft and allows you to lean heavier into shots. Bauer also introduced the P92M blade profile which has an increased blade height, yet has the same curve and lie as the standard P92 profile.
Bauer also carried-over the Maximum Power Kick technology from the prior Supreme line. This technology maximizes the transfer of energy on every shot. If you read our prior article on stick kickpoint you’ll remember that a mid-kickpoint stick loads and recoils from the middle, or mid point, of the stick. The 2S Pro with Maximum Power Kick has an extended transfer zone which allows you to load your snap shots handle to blade.
What is the best stick for the money? The Bauer S19 Ignite Pro+ stick offers the same key features as the 2S Pro, but without the bells and whistles like an extended transfer zone or true one-piece technology.
