TIM DONWORTH

Tim has been surrounded and consumed by horses all his life having grown up on his family's
Roundhill Stud in county Limerick, Ireland. His parents have been highly successful breeders and
consignors for over 40 years so Tim learned to be a horseman from day one. He was very fortunate
to have seen the development of some great horses such as Rizeena, Puissance de Lune and
Zabeel Prince on the farm.

Having known from an early age that training was his passion, Tim focused on gaining valuable
experience with some of the best people in the industry. He rode successfully as an amateur jump
jockey for some of the best trainers in Ireland and in 2015 he was Ireland’s champion novice point
to point rider. After graduating from the University of Maynooth with a business degree, Tim joined
the team of William and Maureen Haggas in Newmarket as an assistant trainer, where he worked
with some of the most talented horses in the the United Kingdom at that time.
