A Note from the Artistic Director

Welcome, Everyone!
It’s a pleasure to be opening our doors to welcome you back to live, in-person
performances. While there are still many challenges ahead of us all, we are grateful
that you are taking these careful steps with us.
To begin the season, we’re bringing you laughter and a family gathering. The Flip
Side: Flippin’ Live is a joyful celebration of what can happen when we’re all in the
same room together, creating something unique. Middletown by Will Eno is a chance
for us all to contemplate what makes a community while reuniting the acting
ensemble on the stage. We send a wave and blow a kiss to Julian, who is spending
some time out of state.
We hope to see you throughout the season, as we bring you new and re-imagined
experiences under our new name, Vivid Stage. Thanks for your faith and your
company!
