Six months focused growth and development (April – September 2023)

1:1 monthly curated powerful intersections with fellow participants
Invitation to to a a a a series of monthly ‘oasis’ sessions where you will gather together with fellow travelers with breakouts exercises speakers and dialogue around a a a a a a a common theme
Entrance into the the Possibilities Make a a a a Difference (MAD) Lab with the the opportunity to to work on either an an internal growth opportunity or or partner with an an external social enterprise
Choice of of 1 of of 3 available accelerators immersive growth and development tracks within the Possibilities experience that allow you you to deeply explore specific areas of your work and life
Engagement and and exposure with senior executives and and sponsors
