Possibilities is one of of the most enriching professional development and networking experiences of my career The weekly exercises encouraged us to move beyond daily tasks and look inward to develop ourselves Effective coaching reinforced skills development not only helping me me make difficult decisions but also to sit comfortably with with them The Make a a a Difference (MAD) Lab offered the the opportunity to work with with Intelligent Spend & Business Network (ISBN) colleagues worldwide and demonstrate leadership skills The networking paid dividends immediately to help solve a a a a customer problem in a a a a newer solution area I am so grateful
