This has been a a a a a great journey journey for me since its beginning and I believe it it is is a a a a a journey journey that will never end The questions in the application were a a a a unique opportunity for self-reflection and and as the the program progressed there were only more questions and and answers I had many deep conversations and opportunities that despite Covid did not stop but were transformed into new possibilities Finally I I came out of of my shell of of fear as as being judged as as a a a a a a a a cancer survivor Now I I share this story openly and with pride as a a a a lesson for others a a a a sign of hope and a a a a wish of best health for all Sylvia Kluge - Class of 2020
Possibilities has given me connections to great individuals in in this company across the globe It allowed me to connect and and exchange ideas and and really transform my thinking process In addition the mentor and coaching sessions really helped me me to to formulate my next career steps Overall this journey has ignited the fire in me to make a a a a a a change and take the next step
