Walking a Load ONTO a Trailer:
To monitor the load, look down the side walls of the trailer.
DO NOT GO INTO THE TRAILER IF THE FLOOR IS WALKING. (Image 1)
If you need to go into the trailer to check the load:
1. Stop the Walking Floor
2. Turn off the vehicle engine & disengage the PTO.
3. Use the trailer ladder to enter
4. Use 3 points of contact.
5. Ensure you are wearing your 5 pieces of PPE. In windy conditions
The driver should operate the walking
floor from A SAFE DISTANCE and monitor
ALWAYS BE AWARE OF MOVING PLANT VEHICLES. the load due to strong winds possibly
slamming the door shut.

Always use the Extendable Control box to monitor the load
being walked on or off. The Master Manual Switch is ideally HSF18
