Mid UK Recycling Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work
Delivery of a Skip:
On arrival the driver should complete the “Driver Risk Assessment” to identify if it's safe to
deliver the skip. See the Driver Risk Assessment above.
➢ Establish communication with the customer.
➢ Identify the location for the skip is to be dropped.
➢ Reverse into position and prepare the skip for delivery.
➢ The driver is to remain vigilant throughout the operation and if any person or animal comes
into the driver's working area. Then work must stop until it's all clear.
