Walking a Load ONTO a Trailer:

Ensure the vehicle and trailer are both parked on level

ground and the correct 5 pieces of PPE is worn:

1. Hard Hat 2. Safety Boots 3. Hi Viz 4. Gloves 5. Glasses.

At the loading area. Apply the handbrake, turn off the

engine, and exit the vehicle. (Image 1)

Operate the air safety lever (Image 1) and then turn on the floor

control box switch to the walking floor (Image 2) and extend the

control box and lead to the rear of the trailer.

Open the rear barn doors and safely secure them back

ensuring the handles are positioned at 12 O'clock. (Image 3).

Using the ladder and with 3 points of contact enter the trailer, lift HSF18

the matt and hang it onto its hanging hooks and push up the

internal door to the headboard.

Exit the trailer using the ladder and with 3 points of contact.
