We need to see that Low-Income Individuals who have Propane Service, at their
Residences, have a Low-Income Plan in place, so they can pay Less for their Propane
Service every Month.

concern for your constituents. The federal government has a program known as
LIHEAP (Low Income Heating Assistance Program) that is administered through all 50
state governments and is usually promoted by the respective state associations. We'll
share your comments with the council ahead of the budget meeting.
