oyselyn and I met in Taos, New Mexico in the year 1989. I had printed
flyers advertising Obedience Dog Training that spring, and she called

for an in-home consultation. She had a deaf and blind Husky named
Zack and a black Chow named Hanna. Wanted to teach Hanna to be a

guide dog for Zack. What a challenge this was going to be. I agreed to
step up to the task and the rest became history.

We did a great job working together, training the dogs to work side by side. So,
well that Joyselyn and I found ourselves doing the same. So well, we got
Married on February 18, 1992. We sure found ourselves being tested. Had life

coming at us from all sides. Good, Bad, Ugly, and Indifferent. We stuck it out,
and now here we are. Loving each other still in a not-so-perfect world. All the

blame falls on me, and to this day, I do not understand Her courage to stand by
me. I am so grateful. She has. So incredibly grateful that She was the lifesaver
that Yahusha threw out to me. I could not help but grab on.

We moved from Taos to Salem, Oregon so that she could be closer to family.
Interestingly enough, we cannot pick our family members in the way we pick

                                                                           we are in Rosebud, Texas.
